The Kaboom Kid is an eight-book series which stars a young cricketer named David. This book is

based on and written by David Warner a famous Australian cricketer. This is funny and exciting, it will have you on your toes the whole time while reading this book.

As you know Davie loves cricket but his teacher Mr Mudge and the school bully Mo Clouter despise it and are constantly getting Davie and his friends in trouble. David and his team need to practice as much as possible for the big match against the club rivals, but there on detention. How will they get enough time to practice and keep their place in their place on the club ladder. Davie has a plan but only if there was time
