If you enjoyed the Agatha Oddly book then you might like this five-book adventure and series. Kensy and Max is about a pair of twins who in the first book find themselves in a scary situation, their parents have been missing for a long time while on a work trip. They then find out that maybe their parents are part of something bigger. Maybe their spies. This series shows true friendship between two twins, they never betray each other and always have each others back!
I think this is a great series. I've only read book one and two so I don’t really know about the other three books. I absolutely enjoy reading the first two books though they're funny and the plot is set out really good and there’s a lot of suspense and twists, it’s not hard to understand the plot, doesn’t move along really fast nor slow and there are always funny bits.
This book has cool little spy tricks and tips that I'm sure any little girl or boy would definitely love to know. This is a very exciting book that is jam pack and definitely a page turner! I'm got this series a couple of years ago and I still read the book to this day, every time I completely finish the book!

This book has no swearing or scary/inappropriate scenes. This book focuses a lot on the solving the crime, but there’s more investigating then fighting the bad guys. There are some fight scenes but they are not very in-depth which make the scenes less scary.

Pace:
I think the progress in the novels is written at a good pace but sometimes I feel that when they are about to finish the mystery there might be a couple of paragraphs that you just want to skip.

Readability:
The writing style is really easily understandable and there are not many hard words to understand, the dialogue never gets boring.

Plot:
I think the plot is notably good and there can be some pretty cool twists and suspense chapters.
